Studio Update: Proposals, Photography, and a Graphic Design Side Project

Here’s a quick look at what went down at the studio around November.

We sent out three branding and design proposals—one came back with a yes, and that project kicks off next week. The second is still in review, and the third? Probably not happening, but that’s part of the process. Not every pitch turns into a project, and that’s okay.

We also delivered architectural and job site photos from a recent shoot for a website that’s now in development. There’s some drone footage still being edited, but it’s coming together nicely. This kind of hybrid work—photography and web design—helps us create stronger, more cohesive brand experiences.

On a personal note: lots of vanilla steamers this week. I’m not a coffee person, but studio days still need fuel. I had some great conversations with new contacts and caught up with a friend in the industry—those conversations always recharge the creative battery. It’s been great reintroducing the studio with the move to Portland.

Also, a client helped push a passion project back into motion—one that’s heavily focused on graphic design. I’ll share more on that soon, but it’s got me excited.

That’s the update from Fairbuilt for now. New content is on deck next week. Talk soon.
